The Swan Inn was set 10 minutes walk away. Our stay here was good, fine base for exploring Kidderminster.

The little extras included, like complementary slippers, cordial, water in the fridge, and a morning newspaper. the attention to detail was superb, with fresh milk and fruit in the room, homemade cordial, and a complimentary newspaper of choice. the staff were exceptional, with above-average customer service skills and a very knowledgeable team. The breakfast was superb, and we particularly loved the fabulous cheese trolley with accompaniments. Cons: Nothing, it is perfect! 👌.

The staff at Brockencote Hall are polite, friendly and proffessional; they made us feel like highly valued guests. The food was also exceptionally good and presented beautifully.
The decor was not to our taste, and the plastic garden furniture was out of keeping with the grandeur of the house.

The hotel was quiet, yet with a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Service was eficient, courteous and unobtrusive. The restaurant served food of a very high quality and, for those of us used to London prices, was extremely good value. Views from our room were wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Great value for money, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was lovely. The staff at Brockencote Hall were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.
The breakfast experience could have been better with more attention to cooking the omelette to personal preferences.

The service was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, especially the pillows. The food was out of this world! The conservatory armchairs were very comfortable. The bedroom had two comfortable chairs. Absolutely wonderful.
Too far from where I live! I would go more often otherwise.

I had an amazing stay at a classic country house hotel in the Worcestershire countryside. The hotel was beautifully restored with impressive interiors and comfortable rooms. The restaurant served superb food and the staff provided impeccable service.
Hotel breakfast could have been improved by offering a wider variety of coffee options, such as a coffee machine in the room.

It has been refurbished to a high standard, the rooms were very spacious and the service very attentive. Breakfast was excellent. The Taxi driver summed up the hall when we gave him the address he just said "Buckingham Palace"!!

stylish, quality, evening meal was excellent
room was too hot (even with radiator off eventually and window open); did the manager used to work in a nursing home?
